Major attractions and good local dining options. The staff, especially Sveta at the front desk, were accommodating and provided helpful information for getting around. The breakfast was enjoyable, although it can be a bit repetitive after a few days.

This place was just what we needed, can recommend. Absolutely perfect location near of park, top-class staff, everything was good. We really enjoyed the stay, our room was big and huge with very comfortable beds and comfortable furniture, for instance. Got rich breakfasts and overall had a really enjoyable stay overall for two nights.

Had big room with all the necessities, which I greatly enjoyed.

Recommend it for families with kids

We had a cozy clean room, enjoyed the location which was near all the action, especially the Opera House. Every morning, the breakfast was fresh with all sorts of tasty options, they even had stuff my kids loved.

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable considering the amenities provided.

The staff were quick to accommodate requests, including promptly changing my room when I expressed a concern. The location was ideal, with access to nearby restaurants and attractions. Breakfast was a highlight.

Occasional bad smells in the bathroom were noticeable.

The hotel room was spacious with great amenities like a kettle and numerous towels. Cleanliness in the room was satisfactory, but the carpet showed wear and needed attention. The staff displayed friendliness with helpful service, made a significant difference. Breakfast offered enough variety to satisfy our needs, although it started a bit late at 8 am. The location, while not central, allowed us to walk to major sights in about 15-20 minutes. Despite these positives, soundproofing lacked, leading to disturbances from street noise and limited blackout options in the room.

We checked out the nearby Opera House and the fine Blue Mosque. The location is prime with great eateries all around. The breakfast area has amazing views, and the super nice team.

Unfortunately, we faced issues with the air conditioning not working properly, made our nights a bit uncomfortable.

I stayed in a Standard Double or Twin Room for 1 night. The room was comfy and warm, with clean sheets, but the shower area felt a bit cramped. There were some minor bad smells from the bathroom, probably due to the building's age. It was a cozy space despite its quirks, perfect for a quick visit.

the brand-new rooms are equipped with tea/coffee making facilities. the staff is helpful. 3. the location in Yerevan is stunning and fantastic, next to Diamond House and close to restaurants, cafes, and the center.
